Erling Haaland's leadership skills shown in new Man City documentary coming to Netflix

Erling Haaland's leadership skills shown in new Man City documentary coming to Netflix

Man City star Erling Haaland showed his impressive leadership skills at half-time of the Champions League final against Inter Milan.

Erling Haaland's leadership skills are seen in full flow in Manchester City's new upcoming Netflix documentary.

City's incredible treble-winning campaign has been captured by the cameras, with Netflix acquiring the rights for 'Together: Treble Winners.

Team talks, training sessions and even more behind the scenes footage features across six episodes.

And a teaser posted online to hype up the April 2 release gives an insight into the events in the dressing room at half-time of the Champions League final.

Having already claimed the Premier League and FA Cup, City were hoping to make history against Inter Milan and finally win the big one in Istanbul.

It proved to be a cagey affair in the first half, with City hit with a huge blow as talisman Kevin De Bruyne was forced off with a hamstring injury.

The half-time team talk was nothing akin to what happened in 2005 when Liverpool found themselves 3-0 down to AC Milan at the same stadium.

But Haaland, scorer of 52 goals in his debut season, was an extremely vocal presence.

Sitting shirtless, Haaland kept a completely cool head and motivated his team.

He said: "We're gonna have this. We're gonna win. Don't think boys. It's 0-0. Don't think. No worries."

Rodri, who ended up scoring the winning goal, appeared very frustrated with how the game was going.

But Haaland reassured him, saying: "He will change it. Don't think, relax."

The fascinating clip shows that as well as being a devastating goalscorer, Haaland is a loud and respected voice at City.

He is still only 23 years of age yet has maturity beyond his years and maintains that even if the most intense environments.

The video finishes before we see Pep Guardiola pass on his tactical instructions.

Rodri popped up in the 68th minute with a fine finish from a Bernardo Silva cut-back.
