A former teammate of Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has called Jamie Carragher a "disgrace" in a strongly-worded rant that features Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Jose Mourinho.
In the aftermath of Saturday's clash between Leeds and Liverpool, a frustrated Salah decided to publicly vent his frustration in an extraordinary post-match outburst.
Not only does the Egyptian feel like he's been "thrown under the bus" by the club, but he claims that his relationship with manager Arne Slot has broken down after being benched for a third consecutive game.
Salah, who is the third-highest scorer in Liverpool's history with 250 goals, also cast doubt on his immediate future by saying he will say goodbye to fans against Brighton next week, ahead of his departure for the Africa Cup of Nations.

Midway through the interview, Salah brought up former Reds defender Jamie Carragher. “Tomorrow, Carragher is going to criticise me again, again, again but that’s fine," he smiled.

Two days later and Salah's premonition came to life as Carragher let rip on Monday Night Football.
“I thought it was a disgrace,” Carragher said. “Some people have painted that as an emotional outburst. I don’t think it was.
"I think whenever Mo Salah stops in a mixed zone, which he’s done four times in eight years at Liverpool, it’s choreographed with him and his agent to cause maximum damage and strengthen his own position.”
Carragher proceeded to bring up Salah's "failed" spell at Chelsea.
He continued: "One thing I just want to remind Mo Salah and maybe his agent is that before he came to Liverpool, Mo Salah was known as the guy who failed at Chelsea. That’s just a fact."
“You weren’t a big star before you came to Liverpool," added Carragher. "You haven’t really won anything with Egypt anyway. No matter how good a player you are, you need help from your team-mates, your manager and fans."
Now, Salah's former Egypt teammate Ahmed Elmohamady has unloaded on Carragher as he brought up numerous high-profile names, including Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Elmohamady, who made 197 appearances in the Premier League, said on X: "Right Jamie you’re a disgrace. Salah completely rewrote his story through hard work, humility, and world-class performances.
"He didn’t “fail” at Chelsea — he was never given the chance. He went to Italy, rebuilt himself, then came to Liverpool and became a Premier League legend. Egypt’s greatest ever player. One of the most consistent forwards of his generation"
"Salah has carried Egypt for Years," added Elmohamady, who played alongside Salah on 33 occasions for his country. "And getting Egypt qualified for World Cup twice after so long, Salah earned everything."
The former Aston Villa and Hull defender proceeded to bring up an incident involving Carragher and Cristiano Ronaldo, who appeared to ignore the former defender ahead of Manchester United's clash against Liverpool in August 2022.
"No wonder you got blanked by C.Ronaldo," added Elmohamady. "No wonder Messi called you out. No wonder Mourinho said you were below average and not even in top 1000 defender in Premier League."

What did Lionel Messi and Jose Mourinho say about Jamie Carragher?
Carragher has previously revealed that he received an angry private message from Lionel Messi, who called him "a donkey" over Instagram DM's.
The former England international was again on the receiving end of criticism back in 2015, when then-Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho hit out at the Liverpool legend, who was in the early years of his punditry career at the time.
"Jamie Carragher talks too much for someone who isn’t even among the top 1,000 defenders in football history," Mourinho said. "How can someone who never won the Premier [League] talk about what it takes to win the Premier [League]?"
