Luis Diaz produced a moment of magic as he scored a stunning goal for Liverpool against Bayern Munich.

With the score 2-2, Mohamed Salah received the ball on the right wing then carried the ball into the box.

He played a delightful pass to Diaz, who skipped past a challenge before firing a brilliant strike into the back of the net to make it 3-2.

Liverpool fans online loved Diaz's goal against Bayern.

One Twitter user wrote: "That's some goal from Luis Diaz! Starts the move with a beautiful pass then finishes it off after taking it past a Bayern player."

A second tweeted: "Just when I think I’ve decided on my front three for Chelsea, Luis Diaz does something like that. Have no idea how Klopp’s gonna decide."

A third added: "A move started and ended by Luis Diaz, unreal."

A fourth commented: "One of the most underrated players in the world."

Another said: "Put some respect on his name."

Bayern levelled through Josip Stanisic and then grabbed a late winner when Frans Kratzig scored.

Diaz, meanwhile, played 21 games in all competitions last season as his game-time was hampered following a knee injury.

But he's back to full fitness and could be an important figure under Jurgen Klopp for the 2023/24 campaign.

Liverpool resume their pre-season against Darmstadt before opening their Premier League campaign on August 13 when they face Chelsea.

Will Diaz start at Stamford Bridge? Let us know what you think.
