Liverpool will launch their latest big-money transfer bid for a Premier League star after allowing one of their current players to leave, it has been reported.
The Reds have already signed right-back Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen after triggering his £35 million release clause this summer.
A deal has been agreed to sign his Leverkusen team-mate Florian Wirtz for an initial £100 million fee, while the club are also in talks to sign the £45m-rated Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez.

According to Sky Sports, their next transfer dealing is likely to focus on an outgoing, with centre-back Jarell Quansah said to be in 'advanced negotiations' to sign for Leverkusen.
It is claimed that Liverpool are demanding up to £40 million for Quansah, which would represent a club-record fee for Leverkusen, but that both parties are close to agreeing a £30 million deal plus £5.5 million in add-ons.
New manager Erik ten Hag is aware of Quansah from his time at Manchester United, and he could become his second summer signing after completing the acquisition of goalkeeper Mark Flekken from Brentford.

The 22-year-old has four years left on his contract at Anfield, which he signed back in October.
However, he was out of favour under Arne Slot last season, making just 13 Premier League appearances.
He started the opening day 2-0 win over Ipswich but was taken off at half-time, and didn't play a single Premier League minute until December.
Injuries meant that he was often used at right-back, though predominantly in cup competitions.

Quansah is currently competing in the U21 European Championship with England, where he played 90 minutes in all three group stage matches.
The Telegraph report that, should he leave the club as expected, Liverpool will make a 'significant offer' to sign Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi.

Guehi has been one of the top defenders in the Premier League over recent seasons and is now a near certainty to start for England when available.

He lifted his first major trophy with Palace - the FA Cup - this season, and while that qualifies the Eagles for the Europa League and normally might have strengthened his chances of staying, The Telegraph claim that Palace are set to sell their captain this summer.
BBC Sport report, however, that Liverpool are also open to signing Guehi on a free transfer next summer if a deal doesn't materialise this summer and he does not sign a renewal at Selhurst Park, though it is not clear whether the player would want to walk away for nothing.
