Liverpool supporters are getting excited after a journalist claimed a ‘flight’ is set to pick up a new signing tomorrow.
Arne Slot’s side won the Premier League title at a canter, finishing ten points ahead of Arsenal.
And the Dutchman achieved the historic feat even though he signed just one player – Federico Chiesa - last summer.

Of course, Liverpool were pleased to see captain Virgil van Dijk and Premier League Player of the Season Mohamed Salah extend their stays at Anfield – although Trent Alexander-Arnold has played his final game for the club and will leave as a free agent upon the expiration of his contract.

But the champions are already active ahead of the transfer window, which is set to open on June 1.
Bayer Leverkusen right-back Jeremie Frimpong reportedly arrived in the UK to finalise his move to Liverpool today (May 27), with Sky Sports News posting a video seemingly confirming the news.

And despite the excitement surrounding the move, supporters are even more keen for Frimpong’s Leverkusen teammate Florian Wirtz to join him at the club.
Wirtz, 22, who is valued at around £120m, has reportedly made it clear that he favours a move to Liverpool over Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
On Tuesday evening (May 27), journalist Nicholas Bieber sent supporters into meltdown with a post on social media.

“The private jet that flew Frimpong to Liverpool today will fly to Cologne TOMORROW!” he wrote on X.
“And who did I say earlier is flying home to Cologne from his holiday tonight. Wirtz.”
Fans were quick to have their say on social media.
One said: "Next level detective work haha."

Another added: "You’re doing God's work sir... you deserve a PL winners medal."
A third commented: "Lad I swear if you break our hearts."
As a fourth exclaimed: "Oh no not the tracking private jets again."
Arne Slot on Liverpool's transfer targets
The Liverpool head coach has already made his feelings clear on the potential for business this summer.

"City will probably strengthen the squad again," Slot told BBC Sport last week. "If the rumours are correct, Arsenal is planning the same, so it would be stupid if we are not looking at trying to strengthen the squad as well," he said.
"Again, I've said it many times, it's not that easy because this team has already won the league. So to find players that can strengthen us - that might not be that difficult - because there are certain players in the world where I think, 'if they would come, it would be nice'.
"But they're also playing at clubs where they don't want to leave. So there are not many that can strengthen us, but the few that are out there, we will try to get them.
"At this moment of time we're not sure if that's possible."
