Jose Mourinho was spotted appearing to mock Vinicius Junior for what he did shortly before being substituted in Real Madrid's 4-3 win over Roma in the Champions League.
Real came from 3-1 down at Stadio Olimpico after Carlos Espi, Endrick and Antonio Rudiger all scored in the last eight minutes of normal time in the second half.
They went into the break at 1-1 but conceded two quick-fire goals in the second half via Roma's Donyell Malen - with Mourinho taking the rare decision to substitute Vinicius a minute after Malen netted his second on 57 minutes.

In the build-up to Roma's second goal, Vinicius lost possession when he attempted to flick a pass from goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois behind him into space.

But the Brazilian failed to fully connect with the ball and gave up possession inside his own half, with Roma's rapid counter attack resulting in Malen's first goal of the night.
Touchline footage showed Mourinho appearing to mock Vinicius in the immediate aftermath of his goal, with the Portuguese manager raising his heel in a flick motion in an apparent attempt to understand what the Real forward was trying to do.
Vinicius was substituted on 59 minutes for Endrick, who played a key role in Real's comeback and ended up winning UEFA's Player of the Match award.

Vinicius Jr reacts to Real Madrid win, substitution
Hours before kick-off in Rome, La Liga announced that Vinicius would be banned for the next four domestic games after pulling the hair of an opponent during Real's 1-0 win over Villarreal on Saturday.
Reports suggested that Real were hopeful that Vinicius would receive a ban of two to three matches, which would have seen him miss the upcoming El Clasico clash against Barcelona.
But he will now miss two further matches beyond then, meaning he won't play again domestically for Real until after the next international break on November 22, when they take on Celta Vigo at the Bernabeu.
Mourinho criticised the decision to announce Vinicius' suspension so close to kick-off in Rome, and said of his error leading to a goal: "Vini lost a ball he shouldn't have lost. But that's how it goes. I make mistakes too. It's a shame that this happened just as he was growing and finding happiness again."
Vinicius told reporters: "It's only natural for me to be angry when I'm substituted, because I always want to play every minute, to be at my best and help the team, and today that wasn't possible.
"In the end, the substitutions helped us. They changed the game. Endrick came on and did really well. He changed the momentum and scored a goal. He was the best player in the second half. And Carlos, who always comes on for a few minutes. They're helping us a lot."
