Jimmy Bullard has broken his silence on his shock I'm a Celeb bust-up with Adam Thomas on a post on Instagram.
The former Fulham, Hull and Wigan midfielder signed up for the second season of I’m A Celebrity…South Africa - a special all-stars version of the show.
Veteran manager Harry Redknapp and former world champion boxer David Haye, also previous contestants on the ITV reality show in Australia, were among those to sign up.
But it was ex Emmerdale star Thomas who became embroiled in a blazing argument with Bullard during a Bushtucker trial.

The two were paired up and informed that losing team would be eliminated from the show. On very different wavelengths, Thomas got stuck in but Bullard gave up and said, “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.”
Thomas let rip on the ex Soccer AM host, slamming him for his refusal and calling him a "p***k" as well as telling him, "If you wanted to go, then f****** go — don’t take me with you" after Bullard admitted he simply wanted to go home.
The show was pre-recorded and the rules were changed so that Thomas could remain in the jungle.

The final on Sunday will be live from London but reports claim the duo have still not patched things up.
On Wednesday, Bullard posted to his official Instagram - sharing a clip of fellow campmate Sinita discussing the situation.
Sinitta said that Bullard had been struggling after campmate and friend Gemma Collins left and his "head was gone" as he felt the guilty over not being back home with his ill father.
She stated: "I can hear shouting, C word, C word. I'm also thinking, 'Can we just get back to the race because I'm winning!'. But no, it's this massive fight. Of course it was one of these things where whoever lost, the team were off the show.
"I suddenly think, 'Wait a minute this is not fair'. Just because he's said 'I'm a Celebrity' doesn't mean we shouldn't be really shouting and screaming at him.
"I'm trying to stop Adam and I particularly felt bad for Jimmy because Jimmy had hit a bit of depression when Gemma [Collins] left because he and Gemma were in the jungle together and they had a friendship already.
"He was a bit sad when she left and I remember saying, 'Don't worry, I'm going to look after you'. I was trying to keep his spirits up but while we were doing that, he told me his father was really ill and he was actually filming guilty that he wasn't home with his dad so his head was gone."
In a caption alongside the video, Bullard wrote: "Wow thanks @thesinittaofficial shame that wasn’t shown! My version will be told Friday! Can’t wait to see you all….well some of yous!!"
Bullard also shared an unrelated video of him going fishing on his social page.
A report rom The Sun revealed that he was “desperate” to return home due to a “family crisis” and his father being in ill health prior to him going on the show.
Efforts to get Bullard and Thomas to make up have proved unsuccessful and he is not expected to be in attendance for this weekend's final.
A no-show will prove costly though as it means Bullard would forfeit 20 per cent of his fee for appearing on the programme.
However, the Daily Mail say that the 47-year-old intends to take legal action if he is not paid in full.
