Rarely does FIFA cross over with real life, but Galatasaray and Fenerbahce's 2023/24 squads resemble something you might see on career mode.

A major part of the video game's popular feature is signing players for your club and building your very own super-team.

And both Turkish Super Lig heavyweights appear to have done just that, with the two clubs having signed a number of famous stars this summer.

Without further ado, let's take a look at Galatasaray's squad for the new campaign, which includes marquee signing Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace, who joined the Turkish giants on a free transfer.

The Ivorian has also been joined by Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele and Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech, who both agreed loan deals away from the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Okan Buruk's side added both Mauro Icardi from Lazio, and Davinson Sanchez to their weaponry for a combined €19.5 million (£16.7m).

Kerem Demirbay, Angeliño, Tete, Kaan Ayhan, Cédric Bakambu, Halil Dervisoglu, Sirachan Nas and Günay Güvenc also joined Galatasaray.

Local rivals Fenerbahce had an equally busy transfer window, adding a series of high-profile players to their ranks.

The league leaders signed Fred from Manchester United for a fee just shy of €10m, along with former Leicester winger Cengiz Under arriving from Marseille for €15m.

While former Manchester City, Roma and Inter Milan striker Edin Dzeko arrived on a free transfer, alongside Dusan Tadic from Ajax.

Former Rangers winger Ryan Kent also joined as a free agent in addition to Sebastian Szymanski, Rodrigo Becão, Dominik Livakovic, Mert Müldür, Gustavo Henrique, Bartug Elmaz, Irfan Can Egribayat, Omar Fayed, Alexander Djiku and Umut Nayir.
