Back in 2019, popular video game FIFA picked out 21 youngsters as their 'Future Stars', but where are they now?
Every year, football fans await the new version of the popular video game FIFA (Now called EAFC), made by EA Sports, to drop as they look to build their dream teams on the Ultimate Team game mode.
Back when FIFA 19 came out, 21 'Future Stars' were picked out, with some huge names included.
The likes of Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr, Liverpool talisman Trent Alexander-Arnold and Manchester City's Phil Foden were among the 21 players tipped to reach the top level.
Brazilian Vinicius is now one of the best players in the world and finished second in the 2024 Ballon d'Or standings behind Rodri. Meanwhile, Alexander-Arnold has turned into one of Liverpool's best ever right backs and is currently being linked with a summer move to Madrid.

However, not every player selected went on to live up to the hype.
The likes of Brazilian midfielder Arthur, Italian forward Patrick Cutrone and Serbian Luka Jovic have all struggled in recent years.
