David Beckham Gives Sharp Answer to Famous Phone Contact Question

David Beckham answered the question without hesitation during an appearance on CBS Sports Golazo.

David Beckham gave a brilliant answer when asked who is the most famous person in his contact list.

The Manchester United and England legend appeared on CBS Sports Golazo on a special edition 'Beckham and Friends' preview show ahead of the eagerly anticipated return of the Champions League on Tuesday night.

With Thierry Henry absent, the Inter Miami co-owner came in as a high-profile replacement and made it a trio of former England internationals by accompanying Jamie Carragher and Micah Richards in the hot-seat for the coverage.

Grilled by presenter Kate Abdo, the trident gave their predictions on who will prevail in the 2025/26 Champions League as well as weighing in with their opinions on multiple pressing topics in the world of football.

But they also participated in the latest edition of the 'In the Mixer' section, which featured a host of quickfire questions that needed to be answered.

All three guests were asked to name the most famous phone number they have in their collection, with Richards initially naming Henry before remembering he swapped numbers with Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and had text him saying it was "an absolute pleasure" to meet him.

Carragher went with Beckham despite wondering if he had the former Real Madrid midfielder's number.

But then it was the turn of Beckham, who had plenty of options to go with having rubbed shoulders with sporting legends like Tom Brady and film legends like Tom Cruise.

However, without any hesitation, he replied, "My wife" - in reference to former Spice Girl and fashion designer Victoria.

The answer prompted a lively reaction in the studio, before Carragher interjected and said, "You know that one was coming, he just jabbed that away".

'Posh and Becks' got together in the 1990, tying the knot in July 1999 in Ireland and becoming one of the biggest celebrity power couples in history.

The couple share four children: sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper, their youngest child.

Fans got a unique insight into their relationship in the hugely popular 'Beckham' Netflix documentary, a four-part series which was released in 2023 and was nominated for Primetime Emmy Awards.

Beckham's revelation about Victoria's eating habits

In an appearance on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, Beckham further opened up about his wife - specifically her regimented eating habits.

According to Beckham, Victoria would very rarely steer away from grilled fish and steamed vegetables on daily basis and he can only remember one instance where she had something off his plate.

"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years," he stated.

"Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.

"The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing."
