Cristiano Ronaldo has aimed a brutal dig at one of his previous managers and fans have figured out who he's talking about.

Ronaldo sat down with Edu Aguirre on El Chiringuito de Jugones for a wide-ranging interview, where he spoke about his career goals and the GOAT debate.

He also took aim at some of his former managers but refused to name any names.

Ronaldo played with some of the best managers of his generation. From Sir Alex Ferguson to Jose Mourinho.

But, according to the man himself, he also worked with plenty of managers who didn't have a 'f**king clue'.

"I learned from all my coaches. I had some really bad ones," he revealed. "Guys who don't have a f**king clue about football..."

His comments sent social media wild as fans believe he was talking about former Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.

Ronaldo worked with Ten Hag during his second spell at Old Trafford and fell out with the Dutchman.

He was banished from the first-team before securing a transfer to Al Nassr.

One X user wrote: "Bodied Ten Hag."

A second tweeted: "Cooked this fraud."

A third added: "Ten Haag at home catching strays."

A fourth also referenced Ralf Rangnick, saying: "He’s talking about Ragnick and Ten Hag."

Another claimed: "Definitely Ten Hag and Benitez."

Ronaldo and Ten Hag's beef was a public dispute as the superstar forward criticised the 55-year-old following his lack of ambition by saying the Man United manager 'should not say that you're not going to fight to win the league or Champions League'.

At the time, Ten Hag dismissed the comments and fired back: "He said that; That Manchester United can't win the Premier League.

"He said this. If you read the article very well. He is far away in Saudi, far away from Manchester so everyone can have an opinion and is entitled to have an opinion. It is OK."
