Following Bayern Munich’s 4–3 win (6–4 on aggregate) over Real Madrid, which saw Los Blancos exit the Champions League at the quarter-finals stage, unseen footage of a rift between two of the La Liga giants’ players has emerged – and it doesn’t look good.
On Wednesday (April 15), Real travelled to the Allianz Arena trailing by a one-goal deficit; however, the aggregate score was quickly levelled by Arda Güler, who made Manuel Neuer pay for a misplaced pass in the first minute.
In what proved to be a thoroughly entertaining affair, Aleksandar Pavlović’s header drew Bayern level on the night and put them ahead on aggregate just five minutes later, before Güler’s pinpoint free-kick made it 2–1 (3–3 on aggregate) to Los Blancos on the half-hour mark.
But England captain Harry Kane netted his 50th goal of the season after 38 minutes to once again put the Bavarians in control of the tie.

After 42 minutes, Vinícius Júnior set up Kylian Mbappé, who slotted home from close range to level the aggregate score at 4–4 at the break.
And just as the game looked to be heading to extra time, former Liverpool winger Luis Díaz smashed a right-footed shot past Andriy Lunin to make it 5–4 on aggregate to Bayern after 89 minutes.
This came just a few minutes after Eduardo Camavinga was sent off for a second bookable offence, leaving Real down to 10 men.
The dazzling Michael Olise ensured Bayern’s progression to a semi-final with Paris Saint-Germain after 94 minutes, with the France international curling past Lunin to make it 4–3 (6–4 on aggregate).
Shortly after Olise’s strike, Güler, who had been substituted, was sent off for confronting referee Slavko Vinčić.
However, footage of a supposed disagreement between Real players has also emerged following the match.
A video posted online shows Jude Bellingham and Vini Jr gesturing towards each other aggressively, with Spanish outlet MARCA suggesting the Englishman shouted: “What do you want? Shut your mouth” in response to the Brazilian’s complaints.
According to UEFA data, Vinícius failed to complete a single pass to Bellingham during the clash, while the former Birmingham City man found the forward four times.
Real return to action at home against Alavés on April 21.
