Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, has previously addressed the "nepo baby" label following criticism regarding his fame and privilege.
The 26-year-old, who announced on Monday that he does not want to "reconcile" with his family, is known for having tried his hand at several different careers, including art photography, modelling and cooking.
He has also launched a number of ventures over the years, including Cloud 23, a premium hot sauce linked to his dad's iconic shirt number, as well as a Japanese-inspired alcoholic drink brand, WESAKE.
Naturally, this ever-growing portfolio has come under criticism, with some suggesting his success is down to being a nepo baby, a term for someone who benefits from their parents' celebrity status and wealth.

Speaking to Grazia magazine back in 2024, Brooklyn was asked whether he understands why the wider public can feel irked about nepo babies in general.
"Obviously I am one. But I couldn’t help how I was born, at all," he said. "There’s always going to be people that say rubbish. But as long as you do something that makes you happy and you’re kind to people, that’s all that matters."
Beckham added: "I’m always gonna get it, no matter what I do. And I’m fine with that. It makes me work harder, because I’m like, I’m gonna prove these people wrong."
Brooklyn has addressed nepotism on numerous occasions in the past. Speaking to InStyle in 2024, he mentioned his parents as he opened up on the claims.

“I mean, I can’t help how I was born," he said. "I couldn’t ask for better parents and I’m just trying to work my ass off and trying to make a name for myself. That’s all I can say, really.”
At the time, Brooklyn said his parents always encouraged him to ignore the outside noise. “It makes me… I kind of like it, in a way, just because it makes me really want to prove to people," he continued.
"Until two years ago, I didn’t know what the hell I was doing. I think with all the rubbish I get, my mum's just like, ‘Prove them wrong. Never respond to that rubbish, just prove them wrong'.
Brooklyn added: “I think what I wanted for so long – especially the last few years – is I really wanted to make a name for myself.”
