A new report has revealed details of the clauses set to be included in Viktor Gyokeres Arsenal contract, as his agent has made a huge decision about the move.
After over a month of rumours linking Sporting star Gyokeres with Arsenal, it appears that a deal to secure his transfer may finally be imminent.
The Swedish international has been the linked with several clubs since the transfer window opened at the beginning of June, but it now appears that Arsenal have won the race for his signature.
Throughout the whole Gyokeres transfer saga, the biggest roadblock between him and a move to the Emirates was regarding Sporting's valuation and payment demands, with club president Frederico Varandas speaking out about what they expect.

But now, it appears that all the details are being settled, as a new report has revealed the clauses set to be included in Gyokeres new contract with Arsenal and the sacrifices his agent has made to seal the deal.
For Sporting to even consider making a deal below the reported €100million (£85.1m) release clause in his contract, Varandas made it clear that Hasan Cetinkaya, the player's agent, would have to agree to disregard a clause that would see him net a nice profit.
It is believed that during negotiations for the £20m deal that saw Gyokeres join Sporting from Coventry City two years ago, Cetinkaya secured a deal that would see him earn 10% of the value of any rejected offer above €60m.

But, according to a new report from Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Cetinkaya has agreed not to activate this clause as Arsenal and Sporting negotiate an acceptable transfer fee.
The report adds that, as it stands, it is believed that this fee will total €63.5m (£55m) with and a further €10m (£8.6m) available in bonuses.
Any additional bonus fee could be achieved through a series of ten clauses included in Gyokeres' Arsenal deal, with five said to be easily accessible, while the other five are more difficult to achieve.

Should this deal go through, then Sporting will have to give €4.35m (£3.76m) of the transfer fee to give to Gyokeres' former club, Coventry City, after they included a 10% sell-on clause when selling him back in 2023.
