Sporting Lisbon have set their required asking price for in-form forward Viktor Gyokeres.

The 25-year-old has netted a whopping 35 goals so far in the Portuguese Primeira Liga this season and is being monitored by a whole host of European clubs.

Arsenal, Chelsea and AC Milan are just three of the rumoured interested parties with it looking likely the Sweden international will be heading for pastures new this summer.

As well as his tally in front of goal, the former Coventry man also has 14 assists to his name with Ruben Amorim's men currently top of Portuguese top flight.

According to the latest report from The Mirror, Sporting will look for a fee in the region of £68.5million come the summer months.

Also through to the last eight of the UEFA Europa League, there is still a chance he could end the season with three pieces of silverware to his name.

While on international duty in Sweden, Gyokeres admitted he will evaluate his future at the end of the season, saying: "It's a sign that I've performed well.

"But it's not something I take too seriously, since it's just speculation.

"But of course, it's fun. We'll see this summer. It's not something I know about myself, what will happen.

"I enjoy Sporting extremely well and feel no stress about the summer coming quickly.

"It is clear that what I have done has attracted attention, but it is not really my focus in everyday life.

"But of course, it's fun that I have fans who appreciate what I've done."

With Arsenal currently leading the race to sign Gyokeres, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has hinted that his side are ready to pounce should the right target become available.

"The plans that we have for the summer are very clear, they were done almost at the start of the season understanding what we can have, the contract situations with some players, and how we can improve certain areas of the team.

"This situation doesn't change that."
