Arsenal star Kai Havertz gave an immediate reaction to his side's dramatic 3-2 win over Tottenham on Sunday - and fans are loving it.

Havertz scored the Gunners' third goal with a bullet header straight from a corner to give them a 3-0 lead.

Mikel Arteta's side held that advantage into the second half, but an error from David Raya allowed Cristian Romero to pull a goal back for Spurs from inside the penalty area.

The hosts were then awarded a spot kick at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium following a foul from Declan Rice, and Son Heung-min converted.

That meant a nervy last 10 minutes for Arsenal, but they managed to keep their north London rivals out to secure what could a crucial victory in the Premier League title race.

Havertz was criticised by some sections of the Gunners fanbase early this season following his £65 million move from Chelsea, but has become an increasingly important part of the side during 2024.

He now has 12 goals and six assists to his name this season in the Premier League, with only Bukayo Saka (15) bettering his goal tally when it comes to Arsenal players.

And following his key role against Spurs, Havertz took to Twitter to celebrate the victory - by sharing a popular meme trend.

The trend is based around a viral stage walk-on from American rapper Lil Yachty, with Twitter users using AI software to super-impose different people into the image.

Pretty much any popular sportsperson you can think of has been super-imposed onto the image, including Pep Guardiola, LeBron James, Cody Rhodes and Lionel Messi.

And Havertz used a video of himself, wearing an Arsenal shirt, and captioned his post with one word: "Mood."

In response, fans loved the Germany international's post.

One wrote: "Kai Havertz has a FT burner account confirmed."

A second wrote: "Kai Havertz is on Football Twitter."

A third joked: "Tears Havertz is a troll on Football Twitter."

A fourth wrote: "Havertz cooking us."
