Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is "personally" leading the push for their next marquee signing after winning the Premier League.
Arteta finally guided Arsenal to the Premier League title on Sunday, lifting the crown after finishing in second place for three consecutive seasons.
He ended Arsenal's 22-year wait for a Premier League trophy and is now pushing to be the man that leads them to Champions League success when they take on Paris Saint-Germain in Saturday's final in Budapest.
But Arteta is already looking to strengthen in a huge way for next season with a push to sign Aston Villa and England star Morgan Rogers.

According to Alex Crook from talkSPORT, Arteta is leading the pursuit of Rogers, who scored in Villa's Europa League triumph over Freiburg last week.
He scored 10 times and assisted a further seven goals in 37 appearances in the Premier League, where Villa finished fourth and qualified for next season's Champions League.
Rogers' stunning individual season saw him make the Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the World Cup, ahead of Cole Palmer, Phil Foden and Morgan Gibbs-White.

Morgan Rogers talks held as four clubs interested in Aston Villa star
Arteta is said to view Rogers as a necessary signing to add extra attacking quality to his title-winning side, viewing his arrival as a major sign of intent that they are not stopping after just one title.
Preliminary talks are believed to have taken place with Rogers' camp, though Chelsea are also likely to be in the race along with Manchester United.
Rogers is Villa's prized asset and valued at around £80 million. But with strong interest from multiple clubs, it could be that he ends up commanding a fee of £100 million - on par with Villa's record sale of Jack Grealish to Manchester City in 2022.
European champions PSG, Arsenal's next opponents, are also said to be admirers. Rogers would not be opposed to moving abroad after seeing the likes of Jude Bellingham and Marcus Rashford experience huge success in Europe.
The 23-year-old can play in multiple positions, whether centrally or on the flanks, but his potential arrival at the Emirates Stadium could prompt Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard to leave.
Rogers did not play in Villa's final day win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium but is set to travel out to England's training camp in South Florida ahead of his first World Cup.
England take on New Zealand and Costa Rica in friendlies before they come up against familiar foes Croatia in their Group L opener on 17 June.
The Three Lions also play Ghana and Panama in Foxborough and East Rutherford respectively.
