Senegal player M'Baye Niang cleverly sneaked onto the pitch as his team broke on the counter and rounded off a win for the African side against Poland with a slick goal.

In Group H, Senegal brilliantly beat Poland in a fiery contest that saw this unique goal.

Thiago Cionek scored an own-goal before half-time to give Senegal the lead, before striker Niang brilliantly jumped onto the pitch as a substitute as his team were on the counter.

He nipped the ball past the oncoming goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny, before burying the ball into the net to double Senegal's lead.

The 23-year-old's goal was made all the more impressive because he had hobbled off injured moments before.

Footage shows the AC Milan player being spoken to by manager Aliou Cissé as he adjusts his shin-pads, having gone off.

This is right before the attacker comes onto the pitch and charges to the ball to score and, ultimately, giving his side all three points.

The reaction on social media has been in agreement that the goal should've stood

Elsewhere in Group H, Japan ran out winners against Columbia 2-1, after Carlos Sánchez Moreno was sent off in the opening minutes for saving the ball with his hands.
