Neymar's Individual Highlights For PSG Vs Atalanta Prove He's Always Been A World Class Player

A compilation of Neymar's highlights from Paris Saint-Germain's win over Atalanta shows he is one of the most gifted players in the world.

The French side sealed a last gasp 2-1 victory to advance to the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday night.

With Kylian Mbappe not fit enough to start and Angel Di Maria omitted all together, the pressure was on Neymar to deliver.

Unsurprisingly, the 28-year-old played a vital part in the game and grabbed an assist for Marquinhos' last minute equaliser.

The winger's link up with substitute Mbappe then gave Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting the chance to net a 93rd minute winner.

Neymar caused Atalanta's defence trouble all night and he didn't stop offering a threat for the Ligue 1 champions.

While he left viewers gobsmacked at home, the Brazilian did manage to waste a few chances in the first half.

He found himself one on one with goalkeeper Marco Sportiello five minutes in but fluffed his lines massively.

The former Barcelona man was given man of the match for his performance, but he opted to gift his award to Choupo-Moting.

Neymar spoke to RMC Sport following the game and warned the competition that Thomas Tuchel's side are ready for any opponent.

"It's a great night," he begun.

"We knew they were aggressive, they had chances, they played a good game. We have a great game too. We are now going to rest because it is a game that has fatigued a lot mentally.

"We never thought about going home. From start to finish, as soon as we warmed up, we thought about qualifying in the semi-final and no one will take my mind off that we want to be in the final. The first step is over.

"The start of the match was very complicated. We experienced something strong, we have a great group, with this state of mind it will be difficult to eliminate us. We never gave up.

"I could have scored it's true, but we'll have to use that to do better in the semi-final."

PSG will face RB Leipzig or Atletico Madrid on Tuesday for a place in the final.
