Kingsley Coman may have just suffered a gruseome knee injury against Tottenham in the UEFA Champions League. Coman has had quite a few injuries before but this could be the worst.

With Bayern Munich and Tottenham essentially playing a 'dead rubber' of a game in the UEFA Champions League, not much is really supposed to happen.

However, Kingsley Coman may have suffered a brutal injury that could see him out for quite a while.

A non-contact injury on his knee, Coman was chasing a ball that was going for a throw-in before his knee buckled and sent him up in the air before landing down to the floor in seething pain.

Coman has had 22 injuries before in his career including ligament tears, muscle tears, back pain and ankle problems, but this knee injury could be the worse.

The look of the knee seems to be one of the cruciate ligaments might've been damaged such as the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) or the Medial Cruciate Ligament (MCL).

Look away if you're squeamish.

The Frenchman back in December 2018 said that if he needs another surgery due to injury then he would retire from professional football:

"I hope I don't have to relive what I've been through. Enough is enough. I will not accept a third operation - it will mean maybe my foot is not made for this level."

"I will then lead another life, an anonymous life."

We hope thi isn't the case and Kingsley Coman can get back on to the pitch as soon as possible healthy.
