Manchester United midfielder Fred was reportedly laughed at by his team-mates after his wedding gaffe this summer.
The Red Devils midfielder missed out on Brazil's squad for the Copa America this summer.
And The Times report that Fred delayed his wedding until after the international tournament, forcing him to miss parts of pre-season.

The report also said that his Man United team-mates also found Fred's blunder quite amusing.
Copa America took place from June 14 to July 7 in Brazil, with the host nation beating Peru to lift their ninth title.
Fred posted an image on Instagram on July 15 of his wedding to Monique Salum in Belo Horizonte in Brazil.

Manchester United were on pre-season tour of Australia at the time, beating Perth Glory 2-0 on July 13 and Leeds 4-0 on July 17.
Fred started his pre-season by coming off the bench in the clash with Inter Milan in Singapore on July 20.
He has struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford since a £52million move from Shakhtar Donetsk in July 2018.
Fred has played seven times for Manchester United this season in all competitions, and he came under fire from Sky Sports commentator Gary Neville.

During the 1-1 draw with Arsenal on September 30, Neville said: "I've not seen anything of him in the 12 months he's been here to justify the price tag.
"I think there's been flashes. I thought he played a really good game away to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League when Manchester United had that wonderful night.
"He looks like he takes the ball, he's tidy on it. But I don't see a goalscorer, I don't see a defensive-midfield player, I don't see a runner.

"So I'm not quite sure what I see. Essentially for £60 million you'd like him to fit into one of those categories."
Fred has been enjoying a drip to Paris and Disneyland with his wife and son during the international break..
