England bounced back with a 2-0 away win over Czechia in the Nations League and one player once again ran the show.
After a disappointing start to their Nations League campaign saw them beaten 3-2 by World Cup winners Spain at Wembley Stadium, England needed to win as they traveled to Prague to face Czechia.
A scrappy first half saw the home team reduced to 10 men after a terrible challenge from Pavel Sulc left Elliot Anderson lucky to come away without an injury.
But, despite the advantage, England struggled to make the most of the extra man in the first half and waited until the opening minutes of the second half to finally find the back of the net.

Following his impressive performance against Spain, it was once again Anthony Gordon who shone in Prague, scoring England's opener after a sublime cross from La Liga rival Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Later in the half England captain Harry Kane put the game to bed with a second goal after the ball calmly fell right in front of him just 12 yards out.
Several exciting players also got some minutes during the match, with the likes of Rio Ngumoha, Morgan Gibbs-White and Alex Scott all making substitute appearances.
Here's how the players rated in their first win of the break in Czechia's capital:
James Trafford - 6/10
A second clean sheet for Trafford in his fourth senior appearance for England. Didn't really have much to do during the game, but made a big save in the opening five minutes after a mistake from Chalobah.
Trent Alexander-Arnold - 8/10
Provided a fantastic assist for Gordon's opener to immediately get fans questioning why he wasn't on the plane for the World Cup. It looks like the right-back spot may be his now.
Trevoh Chalobah - 5/10
A nervy beginning to his first start in a competitive game for his country as a mistake nearly put England behind within 5 mins. The Como man made up for it with a few blocks during the match and certainly played his part in the clean sheet.
Marc Guehi - 5/10
After a poor performance against Spain, Guehi was better in Prague but still looks like he's not quite at his best yet.
Lewis Hall - 7/10
Combined well with former Newcastle teammate Gordon, came within inches of his first goal for England in the second half. Came close to contributing to a second after his cross came off of the woodwork after being hit by Czechia's Ladislav Krejci.
Elliot Anderson - 6/10
Another physical performance in a scrappy game from Manchester City's big summer signing. Recovered well after a horrendous challenge saw Sulc sent off in the first half.
Myles Lewis-Skelly - 6/10
One of England's most creative players in the first-half but made a clumsy tackle on Czechia's Cerv that had the home fans demanding a red and led to him being replaced by Eze at half-time.
Morgan Rogers - 7/10
Other than Gordon, Rogers was probably England's best attacking player, hitting the post in the 16th minute and coming within inches of putting the game to bed late.
Bukayo Saka - 5/10
Had some moments during his time on the pitch but ultimately didn't play a part in either goal and was replaced by Rio Ngumoha not long after the hour mark.
Anthony Gordon - 9/10
Opened the scoring early in the second half with a brilliant header and has now scored in three of his last four for England. Gordon was by far England's best player and has established himself as a vital player under Thomas Tuchel.
Harry Kane - 7/10
A typical performance from Kane in an England shirt, didn't stand out for most of the game but stepped up when a loose ball in the opposition box presented itself to him, hammering it back into the net and securing the win before being taken off.

Substitutes
Eberechi Eze - 6/10
Looked lively particularly once he came on and forced a big save from Lukas Hornicek late in the match.
Alex Scott - 6/10
A promising performance during his senior international debut, there will certainly be more to come from the Bournemouth star.
Jude Bellingham - 5/10
Bellingham had a late shot on target but otherwise a quiet appearances from England's star man.
Rio Ngumoha - 6/10
Despite only getting around 25 minutes on the pitch, Ngumoha showed exactly why so many Liverpool and England fans are excited about his future and was regularly involved in England's late attacks.
Morgan Gibbs-White - 5/10
Wasn't given long enough to really establish himself in the match. Hopefully the Forest man gets more time in the next two matches of the break.
