The son of a Brazil legend could represent England in the future after being called up by the Three Lions.
Plenty of players who were not born in England have represented the country over the years but there could be another interesting case going forward after recent developments.
That's after it emerged the son of former Brazil defender Thiago Silva had received a maiden call-up for his country - but with England rather than the Selecao.
Silva is regarded as one of the best defenders in history and is still playing in a second spell with Fluminense in his native Brazil at the age of 41.

The veteran centre-back, who represented Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan, has played 113 times for Brazil and captained his country in two of the four World Cup squads he featured in.

His son Iago is now making waves in football but could well represent a different country. The youngster shared a picture of him at England's St George's Park training base on social media, with the caption: "Proud moment to be invited to my first England camp. The hard work continues."
There does not appear to be any official matches scheduled for the Under 15 side, managed by Kevin Betsy.

Iago was born in Brazil but has lived in England for more than five years, moving when his dad signed for Chelsea back in 2020.

Silva, who won the Champions League with the Blues, left the club in 2024 but his two sons have remained in the academy set-up of the west London outfit.
Iago plays with the Under 15's but his older brother Isago, a 16-year-old defender, has made the step-up to the Under 18's in recent times after penning a scholarship in July.
Thiago Silva's Chelsea dream could be realised
He was on ball boy duty for the recent Champions League victory of Benfica and was included in the B squad list for the competition by manager Enzo Maresca.

Although he was only there for four seasons, Silva has a great affinity for Chelsea and would love to see his children follow in his footsteps.

"For me, it would be a dream to see them play professionally at Chelsea," he said in 2023.
"I love watching them, ultimately, and I try to help them as much as I can.

"I love seeing my kids playing here, my wife is here all the time and even wants to be at every away game.
"I think she realises that time is running out slightly, so she wants to make the most of the last few years of my career.
"When I got here, it felt like love at first sight, to be honest, and I'm still very proud to be here."
