Cristiano Ronaldo Jr Agreed With Fan Who Said 'United Are S**t, Aren’t They?'

Cristiano Ronaldo's son has been filmed agreeing with a fan who said Manchester United are "s**t".

Cristiano Ronaldo's son has gone viral on social media after agreeing with a fan who said, 'United are s**t, aren't they?'.

Cristiano Jr, 11, has joined his superstar of a father in signing for Manchester United after he was recently unveiled as an academy player.

But it appears as though he doesn't rate the Red Devils too highly at the moment. In an exchange with a fan that was filmed, the youngster, wearing his official club tracksuit, said, "Yeah" when asked if United are "s**t".

At first the fan asked, “You having a good time?” - to which Ronaldo Jr replied, "Yeah".

Then, he said, “United are s*** aren’t they?” and that also brought "Yeah" as a response - though we can't be too sure Cristiano Jr knew the question he had been asked.

Ronaldo's eldest child had been playing for the Real Madrid and Juventus youth sides and followed his dad in turning out for United when he returned to Old Trafford in the summer.

After playing in games for the youth side, he's now officially on the books. Fellow United prospect Gabriel shared the news on social media, with the caption, "Delighted to finally have my signing day done even better to have mine with teammates @cristiano JR."

Ronaldo recently made the revelation that he refuses to let Cristiano have a mobile phone as he feels the current generation should not be "obsessed about technology".

The comments were made at the the Al Wasl Plaza in Dubai, where Ronaldo had travelled during the winter break to collect Globe Soccer's Top Scorer of All Time award.

On a video posted on his Instagram, Ronaldo said: "Definitely it helps a lot. It helped me and the people here, all the world, and I think we have to take advantage of that but we shouldn’t be obsessed with it.

"For example, I can give you a small impression. My oldest child is going to be 12 years old soon and he asks me every time, 'Daddy, can I have a phone, can I have a phone, can I have a phone.'

"I say to him, 'Cristiano, you have time.'

"I know as well that this young generation are one step ahead of their age so I agree that we have to take advantage of that but not to be obsessed about technology.

"Give them but with a period of time, not give them all the time. I think that’s the main point here."

At the 2020 Globe Soccer Awards, when he was crowned 'Player of the Century, Ronaldo hit headlines when he admitted his frustration over his son drinking fizzy drinks and eating crisps.

The five-time Ballon d'Or has instilled discipline and focus into his son, who wants to follow in his footsteps.
