Portugal legend Cristiano Ronaldo has revealed what meal he likes to eat the most.

Being one of the most well-known people in the world, fans are always trying to find out more about Ronaldo’s life off the pitch.

It has been widely reported that Ronaldo has a very strict diet and is extremely healthy.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has now revealed his favourite food, you can watch the footage below.

In Portuguese, Ronaldo’s favourite meal is called Bacalhau à Brás, which is a classic Portuguese dish made with shredded salty cod or bacalhau, onions, finely diced fried potatoes and layered with scrambled eggs.

According to Slurrp, Ronaldo has previously shared his eating habits.

He said: “I eat regularly. If you train regularly, it's important to keep energy levels high to fuel your body for better performance.

“I sometimes eat up to six smaller meals daily to ensure I have enough energy to perform each session at a top level.”

One of Ronaldo’s former teammates, Patrice Evra once told an incredible story of when he was invited to the Portuguese’s house for lunch.

As per Daily Mail, Evra told talkSPORT: “When he invited me for lunch… don't ever go for lunch, because you are going to have one of the most boring lunches at Cristiano's; it is salad, plain chicken and water. There isn't even fizzy water.

“After that, we went into the garden, trained for a little bit, went swimming, went to the sauna and at one point I looked at him and said: ‘Bro, we have just finished a training session, why do we have to a second training session?’”

Ronaldo is now playing in Saudi Arabia after signing for Al Nassr on the back of his exit from Manchester United last year. In the 22/23 season, he has scored 14 goals in 19 appearances for his new club.
