Harry Kane levelled from the spot, with Ronaldo restoring Man United's lead after Jadon Sancho brilliantly picked him out.

In the 72nd minute, Harry Maguire scored an own-goal to make it 2-2 - with Man United's No.7 popping up with a late winner.

He rose the highest and planted a header into the back of the net to complete his first Man United hat-trick since returning to Old Trafford last summer.

Ronaldo's heroics also saw him record another legendary achievement. He's now the top goal-scorer in the history of professional football, with 807 goals.

As for Spurs, they remain in seventh place, but have two games in hand over Ralf Rangnick's team.
