Brooklyn Beckham's feud with his parents is 'getting out of control', according to a source who knows the couple.

Brooklyn's long-running feud with parents David and Victoria continues to play out in public as things turned nasty when lawyers got involved.

Reports emerged of Brooklyn, 26, sending a legal letter to his parents despite their hopes of mending their relationship.

Brooklyn, an inspiring chef, instructed his parents to only contact him through his lawyers and also not to 'tag' him on social media.

His wife, Nicola Peltz, has been spotted 'liking' negative comments about his parents on social media amid their ongoing feud.

As a result of the family fallout, it is believed Brooklyn wanted any attempts to reconcile to be carried out privately rather than in front of the world online.

According to an insider who knows Brooklyn and Nicola, the feud is 'getting out of control'.

"Brooklyn wants to do anything to make Nicola happy, but this is all getting out of control," a source told Page Six. "I can’t imagine a world where Brooklyn wouldn’t want to see his parents again."

As for David and Victoria, the source added: "All they want is to repair the relationship with their son and his wife, they still hope and believe they will be able to come together."

Another insider claimed that Brooklyn made the decision to block his parents for the sake of his 'mental health', adding, 'the decision was made by Brooklyn after constant attempts to set boundaries had been ignored and Nicola will always support his decisions', if one day Brooklyn wants to see his family, Nicola will support him'.

Brooklyn and Nicola have been living together in the United States since their marriage in 2022.

The eldest son of David and Victoria has grown closer to his wife's family, including her father, billionaire investor Nelson Peltz, who has given him business advice and support.

Page Six claims the relationship between the two families was frosty before she married into the Beckhams as they are very different types of people.

David and Victoria are both international superstars given their respective careers. David was one of the most recognisable footballers during his generation following his spells at Manchester United and Real Madrid, while Victoria was a music sensation in the girl group Spice Girls.

While Nelson, 83, is one of the most prominent figures in finance of his era and his second wife, Claudia Heffner, is an accomplished fashion model.
