A recent picture of Arsene Wenger, 72, at the beach has gone viral on social media because fans can't believe how ridiculously shredded he is.

Wenger has been out of football management since 2018 when he left his role at Arsenal, bringing an end to his legendary spell at the club.

But he's kept himself in unbelievable shape since departing the Gunners four years ago.

That's judging by an image of the Frenchman at the beach which has left fans stunned online.

A picture of Wenger at the beach, accompanied with the caption: "Arsene Wenger at 72. The Gaffer," has sent social media into overdrive.

It shows Wenger rocking a six-pack and looking very lean as he takes a photo with a couple of fans.

In reaction, one Twitter user tweeted: "72 years old and still in better shape than the most of us."

A second wrote: "I can 100% say he's in better shape than I am and I'm 31."

A third added: "I wish I looked that good now."

Another joked: "72 with abs like that? Are you kidding me?!"

Wenger has always been in good shape during his time in the Premier League, but he's still clearly looking after himself and it's incredible to see.

The legendary manager, who of course guided Arsenal to three league titles, is still on our screens as he provides punditry for beIN Sports.

He's also the Chief of Global Football Development at FIFA.
