Folarin Balogun asking price revealed as Arsenal prepare to cash in on striker this summer

Folarin Balogun asking price revealed as Arsenal prepare to cash in on striker this summer

The 21-year-old is expected to leave north London this summer.

Arsenal's asking price for Folarin Balogun has been 'revealed' as Arsenal prepare to cash in on the striker this summer.

Balogun has enjoyed an excellent season on loan in Ligue 1 this season, scoring 18 league goals for Reims which has seen his price tag skyrocket.

But while Mikel Arteta will be delighted with the 21-year-old's prolific form, he has given the Gunners boss plenty of headaches regarding what to do with the striker.

The 21-year-old is expected to return to the Emirates at the end of the campaign where a decision will be made over his future at the club.

Balogun has made it clear that he will not play second fiddle to Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah in the side, and is thought to want assurances over his game time or he will force a move elsewhere.

It is becoming an increasing possibility that Arsenal will sell the England U-21 international this summer, as they look to cash in on him while his stock is high.

But it has now been revealed how much clubs will need to pay to land the Gunners' academy graduate.

Balogun price tag revealed

Just recently, Balogun swapped his international allegiance from England to the United States, and it looks as though he could be set for even more changes, with a number of clubs placed on red alert should he become available.

Serie A giants AC Milan are among those interested, with a £30 million price tag touted by the Daily Mail.

Balogun is thought to be against another loan move, meaning Arsenal must either sell this summer or attempt to reintegrate him into the starting 11.

The forward isn't the only Arsenal player expected to leave this summer, after Reiss Nelson rejected the Gunners' latest contract offer.

While Granit Xhaka has reportedly told Mikel Arteta he will leave at the end of the season, with Bayer Leverkusen tipped as his most likely destination.
