Manchester United have received more than 10 loan offers for Red Devils starlet Anthony Elanga ahead of the January transfer window closing, according to stunning reports.

Elanga, who came through the United youth academy, was handed his debut under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and regularly featured in the first team last season.

The 20-year-old Swedish winger made 27 senior appearances for United in the 2021-22 campaign and scored three times and registered two assists.

Elanga has featured sporadically for United manager Erik ten Hag this season, but the United winger has struggled to secure consistent first-team minutes.

The Sweden international, who is under contract until 2026, has played in 19 matches for United in the current campaign and picked up two assists.

It is believed that Elanga is open to a loan move away from Old Trafford in January, but United have not sanctioned a deal for the winger at the moment.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, United have “received more than 10 bids” for Elanga ahead of the January window slamming shut on Wednesday.

Romano claimed that among the clubs interested in Elanga are Borussia Dortmund and PSV Eindhoven, as well as teams in Italy being keen to snap him up on loan.

However, he added that Ten Hag has not sanctioned a loan move for either Elanga or Facundo Pellistri, with the latter previously targeted by Spanish side Valencia.

“About Manchester United, I am told they received more than 10 bids for Anthony Elanga on loan,” Romano said on his YouTube channel.

“I told you about Borussia Dortmund, but I want to say also about PSV Eindhoven, who are tracking Elanga.

“There are clubs also in Italy, so there are 10 clubs interested in signing Anthony Elanga on loan.

“It’s really impressive because this boy has many clubs wanting him on a potential loan deal from Manchester United, but at the moment, while I’m speaking, still no green light from Erik ten Hag, so let’s see what he will decide for Elanga.

“Let’s see what he will decide for [Facundo] Pellistri, but at the moment for Pellistri, Valencia made a proposal, but Erik ten Hag said no, so let’s see what Man United will decide for Elanga and Pellistri in the final days of the window […].”
