A Formula 1 insider has delivered a new update on Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari after a recent meeting was held.
Prior to the 2025 campaign, all eyes were on Hamilton's every move as he made a high-profile transfer from Mercedes to the Scuderia.
Partnering with Charles Leclerc, it was expected that Ferrari would be challenging for wins.
However, the SF-25 proved to be problematic, with both drivers struggling to stay with their rivals.

In the end, Hamilton endured a tough year, finishing in sixth place, 86 points behind Leclerc.
Over the course of the season, Hamilton's team radio exchanges with race engineer Riccardo Adami have caused uproar on social media.
Having had a brilliant relationship with Peter Bonnington, also known as Bono, at Mercedes, it was clear Hamilton and Adami were not a settled pair.
As a result, there have been calls for Ferrari to replace Adami and give Hamilton a new race engineer.
However, according to Auto Racer journalist Giuliano Duchessa, Adami is set to continue as Hamilton's race engineer.
It has been claimed that the pair had a positive dinner meeting away from the track and they are set to partner up again for 2026.
Duchessa wrote on social media: "A dinner with engines off, very positive, suggests that Riccardo Adami and Lewis Hamilton will continue together."

Despite rumours that Hamilton could retire from Formula 1, it is widely expected that he will return with Ferrari again next year.
When asked about retirement rumours, Hamilton said: "I wouldn't say anything to them. None of them has done what I've done, so they don't know anything more than I do."
The seven-time world champion also reiterated his love for the sport.
Hamilton added: "It's a love for what you do, it's love for racing. I've got amazing support from people around me, my fans.
"It's that constant keeping an eye on the dream, I still have a dream that I hold hope in my heart for, and that's what I work towards."
The 2026 F1 season will begin in March with the Australian Grand Prix, taking place around Albert Park in Melbourne.
