A series of radio messages from the Mexico Grand Prix have highlighted Lewis Hamilton's frustrations after the seven-time world champion was involved in an incident involving Ferrari teammate Charles Leclerc.
Going into turn one, Hamilton made his feelings clear when a number of drivers, including Leclerc, straightened the first corner.
After leaving the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez track, some expected Leclerc to receive a penalty for the move, but this wasn't the case and he escaped without punishment.

Ferrari did not tell him to give the place up to Hamilton, either, which frustrated the British driver.
In fact, it has since emerged that Hamilton asked Ferrari seven times whether any action was being taken against those who cut the first corner.
“I was ahead of Charles," he said on lap one, before race engineer Riccardo Adami replied: “Understood.”
Then, on lap two, Hamilton once again voiced his thoughts on the opening sequence. “Max took a shortcut. Loads of people gained advantage,” he said, before later commenting: “What are they doing about the cars?”

Adami simply responded: “The incident is noted, they are checking it.”
Hamilton continued to question the incident in laps three, four and seven. “What are they doing about people who took advantage Turn 1?” he said.
Adami responded: "Nothing yet. Let’s focus on our race, keep the traction metrics low. Turn nine is good, what you’re doing.”
Max Verstappen, who also had to take avoiding action at turn one, would return the place to Hamilton but was involved in a separate incident three laps later.

Verstappen attempted an overtake on the inside of the Ferrari into turn one, but went deep, made contact and forced Hamilton wide.
Then, into turn four, Hamilton took the escape road while alongside Verstappen and rejoined the circuit, but was deemed to have left the track and gained an advantage.
Hamilton was later handed a 10-second penalty, with the FIA stating he had gained an advantage by leaving the track.
Speaking about his penalty post-race, Hamilton said: "I am very disappointed with the FIA. He [Verstappen] also went off the track and there was no penalty. It was just the cutting. Then I’m the only one to get a 10-second penalty. It was kind of nuts."

He added: "Ultimately I feel very let down by the governing body. It’s double standards as you can tell and it is what it is."
