Christian Horner would want one condition to be granted in order to complete a return to Formula 1, it has been reported.
Horner has been out of work since being sacked as Red Bull CEO and team principal in July.
He was removed as a director from the team's Companies House listing in the following month.
And in September, Horner negotiated a £52 million pay-off from his Red Bull contract in order to allow him to return to F1 with a different team for 2026.

F1 journalist Ralf Bach, speaking to F1-Insider, claimed on Thursday that Ferrari are 'focused' on signing Horner as team principal to replace the under-pressure Frederic Vasseur.
That followed comments made by Aston Martin chief Andy Cowell at the Singapore Grand Prix, with the Brit claiming that Horner had been 'ringing around almost every team' looking for work.
According to the Daily Mail's Jonathan McEvoy, Horner is indeed keen on a quick return to F1 - though does not want to rush back until he has found his ideal role.
McEvoy claimed that Horner 'would likely want equity in a team, rather than be prone to the whims of others'.

In other words, the 51-year-old would desire significant control at whichever team he is involved in - which would perhaps require a change in strategy at Ferrari.
The role of team principal at Ferrari is one of the most prestigious in all of sport, but the F1 team is backed by the Italian car manufacturer, meaning chairman John Elkann and CEO Benedetto Vigna possess ultimate power over certain parts of the decision making.
Ferrari are not the only team that Horner has been linked to, with Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu revealing at the Singapore Grand Prix that the American outfit had been approached for talks by the former Red Bull chief.
Their corporate structure is significantly different, with the team headed up by sole owner Gene Haas with input from the team principal.
