Brace yourselves, because on Saturday everyone's favourite Hollywood hero Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson shared some moving videos on Instagram guaranteed to have even the toughest blokes feeling a bit weak.
The post shows Johnson's most recently organised event with the Make a Wish Foundation - he organises one every year for kids whose ultimate wish is to meet him - where the beloved action star met up with children fighting critical illnesses and oh god, we're bawling.
Calling such events the 'best part' of fame in his caption on the post, Johnson went on to to explain how much the meetup meant to him, writing: "Even though I was obviously there with the kids and parents, it's hard for me to watch these without shedding a happy tear or two.

"As a man, father and luckiest SOB on this planet, I can honestly say without no uncertain terms - to me, this will always be the best part of my job."
But it's the videos themselves which will reduce you to a blubbering husk of a human.

The kids are shown exploring the set of Jungle Cruise, Johnson's latest movie, which has been decked out with all sorts of tasty treats and games for them.
Johnson has also donned his Jungle Cruise costume, just to add to the experience.
After many of the children describe how Johnson is their 'main role model' and how he helps to build up their spirits, they enjoy a personal meet and greet with the star - who is just as charming as always.

After a laughter-filled hangout with Johnson, he then surprises them all with an impressive swag bag of gifts that includes a year's supply of cinema tickets, various Disney goodies, and an exclusive Jungle Cruise X-Box One with a year's supply of games. Unsurprisingly, more than a few tears are shed.
In a final video, Johnson outlines why the annual event is so important to him, saying: "This kind of thing where we're delivering happiness to kids who need it and parents who need it is very special. The kids say that I inspire them, which is awesome, but the irony about it is they have no idea how much they inspire me."
Still, one kid appeared to notice, and said: "I thought we just looked up to him but I guess he looks up to us too."
