AngryGinge has riled up some darts fans after revealing he is considering making a major career change next year.
Although he started live streaming during during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, it wasn't until 2023 that AngryGinge - real name Morgan Burtwistle - exploded in popularity.
The 24-year-old is now one of the biggest influencers in the UK with millions of followers across various different social media platforms.
During his rise to popularity, Ginge has become close friends with several huge sports stars, including darts superstar Luke Littler, who he recently accompanied during the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship.

Ginge's relationship with Littler has exposed him even more to the sport of darts, and it appears that it may have influenced his latest announcement regarding the future of his career.

Throughout his meteoric rise, Ginge has expressed how much he loves playing and watching darts, something that has no doubt been magnified as he's become friends with the number one player in the world.
So much so, that he's now admitted that he's considering attempting to make a surprise appearance at Q-School, where darts players compete to qualify for the PDC tour, next year.

As reported by Oche 180, Ginge said: “I might go to Q-School next year, though. Not to win, because I know I won’t win.
“Just to see what it’s like. The more pressure you’re under, the more you get used to it.
“In darts, your hands are shaking and everything. Darts is mainly about who’s got the biggest bottle.”
To get into Q School, players must register online via the PDC website, pay a fee of around £475 and compete in stages against other hopefuls.

Although it would be almost certain that Ginge wouldn't quite be good enough to secure a PDC tour card, Q-school would not be the first time that the streamer has impressed when stepping up to the oche.
When the Premier League arrived in Manchester in April 2024, Ginge stepped up to face fellow streamer and darts fan Pieface - real name Jack McDermott - in a one leg shoot-out.
However, it wasn't a particularly competitive match, with Ginge winning in less than three minutes, with Pieface 64 points behind his rival.

In December, Ginge returned to the stage at the Worlds as he joined Pieface and Rebecca James — better known online as Bambino Becky - to compete in a nine dart challenge.
Once again, the streamer impressed, picking up a total of 180 points vs Pieface's 140 and Becky's disappointing total of 33.
