Manchester City host Brighton & Hove Albion at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday.

After succumbing to a 1-0 defeat against Liverpool, Manchester City will have their sights set on beating Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon.

Considering City were restricted to a 0-0 draw against FC Copenhagen before their loss against Jurgen Klopp’s side as well, the Sky Blues will be itching to reassert their dominance this weekend.

However, dominant wins against the likes of Wolves, Manchester United, FC Copenhagen and Southampton before their previous two fixtures suggest that this side can return to their brilliant best against the Seagulls.

While Brighton have been easy on the eye under Roberto De Zerbi so far, the results have suggested otherwise.

Barring a 3-3 draw against Liverpool, they have tasted defeats against Tottenham and Brentford, whilst being held to a scoreless draw against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night.

As both sides enter this fixture eyeing a victory, here is a collection of the most interesting statistics.
