Manchester City kick off their preparations for the new season against Club America in Houston, Texas next week.

Manchester City get their pre-season underway against Mexican side Club America at the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas in the early hours of Thursday.

The Premier League champions flew out to the United States earlier this week, with Phil Foden, Aymeric Laporte, Ilkay Gundogan and John Stones not part of the 26-man travelling squad.

Erling Haaland, Julian Alvarez, Kalvin Phillips and Stefan Ortega could all play their first minutes in Manchester City colours against Club America.
