After making light work of Southampton with a 4-0-win on Saturday afternoon, Manchester City’s confidence will be sky-high as they ready themselves to face FC Copenhagen in the Champions League.

Especially after thrashing the Danish side 5-0 last Wednesday, the Premier League champions will be fancying their chances of victory once again this time around.

As for FC Copenhagen, a 1-1 draw against Nordsjælland was not the ideal preparation going into a showdown against arguably the best team in Europe.

Manchester City will also be well aware of the permutations of Tuesday evening.

Pep Guardiola and his players will be able to book their place in the knock-out stage of the competition via a win in the Danish capital.
