If ever there were proof that you should never meet your heroes, then it's the footage of Roy Jones Jr knocking out a fan who won the opportunity to fight the 47-year-old boxing legend.
Jones, who was voted 'Fighter of The Decade' for the 1990's by the Boxing Writers Association Of America, may be a good 13 or 14 years past his best, but we still wouldn't fancy our chances against a bloke who has spent his entire adult life knocking people out for a living.
Nonetheless, 33-year-old Vyron Phillip still entered himself into a competition on Facebook for the right to face Jones on an internet PPV and potentially win a $100,000 prize should he overcome the former champ. However, although Phillip did possess a modest fighting background with an amateur boxing record of 6-1 and a 5-3 MMA record, that hardly comes close to the 49-1 Jones clocked up between 1989 and 2003.

Needless to say, the fight didn't last long, coming to a skull crushing finale early in the second round when Jones landed a clubbing right hook, knocking Phillip to the mat.
The show also featured MMA and a 2/3 falls wrestling bout between Kurt Angle and Rey Mysterio.
