Jake Paul furiously stormed off during an interview with Piers Morgan after the British journalist offended him ahead of his boxing return.

On Sunday morning, controversial Youtuber-turned-boxer Paul will return to the ring for a bout with former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, the son of a boxing legend who he shares a name with.

The fight will take place at the Honda Centre in Anaheim, California and will be Paul's first fight since he defeated former heavyweight champion and boxing legend Mike Tyson by unanimous decision in November.

Ahead of the bout, Paul has been speaking with various media outlets to sell the fight, but things didn't go to plan when speaking on an episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored.

After speaking with Paul's opponent, Chavez Jr, Morgan interviewed Paul to speak about the fight and what he is expecting from his opponent.

However, as Morgan made it clear that thought that Paul was underestimating his opponent, given the fact that his last bout was with a now 58-year-old Tyson, the influencer was clearly not happy.

"YouTube this, YouTube that, Disney that. This s*** is not a joke. I'm knocking out the best of the best, beating all of these people time and time again," Paul claimed.

"It's about time that you old heads and all these boxers who think they know the sport put some respect on my name."

But as Morgan continued to criticise Paul's fight with Tyson, Paul got more and more heated towards the interviewer, causing him to lash out.

"You vs. going to the gym... you're still a fat a**," Paul said.

"I think the problem here, Piers, is that you think that your opinion matters," he later told the Brit.

When Morgan replied by asking why Paul would then take the time to come on the show, the influencer said: "I'm just taking your audience to sell Pay-Per-Views. I don't give a f*** about your show.

"Dumba** this is a business enterprise, thank you, tune in everybody."

Paul then swiftly left the interview, leaving Morgan laughing while stating: "Cheers, Jake, really enjoyed that and good luck to Julio, knock him out for all of us will you?"

How to Watch Jake Paul vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Coverage of the fight in California will begin on Sunday at 1am BST on DAZN pay-per-view, with the main event is scheduled to begin around 4am.
