Fight Night Round 4 is set to have its servers closed after over 10 years and people believe that means we're getting Fight Night Round 5 sometime soon.
It's been over 10 years since EA Sports brought out Fight Night Round 4 for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 and it would be a surprise if many people were still playing the game, especially online.
However on Wednesday EA announced they were shutting servers down for the game at the beginning of 2020. In an email EA said, "Hello Fight Night Round 4 fans, After 11 years of an incredible online community, the daily active playerbase in Fight Night Round 4 has reached a very low number and we can no longer ensure a quality online experience.

"As of March 9, 2020, the Fight Night Round 4 servers will be retired. After this date, you'll still be able to play the offline modes on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Thanks for your continued support."
The news has left some believing that the servers have been shut down now, despite there likely being not many players in the last few years, with a Fight Night Round 5 around the corner.
Since Fight Night 4's release for the old gen consoles we've have new generation Playstation 4 and Xbox One come out and Playstation 5 is looking likely for this time next year.
