New punch stats have emerged from Oleksandr Usyk's victory over Tyson Fury in a never-before-seen achievement.

Usyk claimed a second consecutive scalp over Fury following his unanimous decision victory last Saturday.

All three judges scored it 116-112 to the undefeated Ukrainian, who successfully defended his WBA (super), WBC and WBO world heavyweight titles.

Speaking after the fight, Fury hit out the scoring of the contest and destroyed the AI judge's scorecard while promoter Frank Warren made his feelings clear live on-air.

However, the punch stats from the fight emerged and told a different story.

More punch stats have since cropped up and it speaks volumes.

CompuBox's figures show Usyk out-punched Fury, landing 54 per cent of his power punches over the last five rounds.

And he also registered 78 body shots and 179 punches - most by a Fury opponent.

On X, CompuBox wrote: "Usyk again was the boss down the stretch, punctuating the win by throwing fight highs in 11th & 12th and landing 54% of his power punches over last 5 rounds. Usyk landed 78 body shots & 179 punches, most by a Fury opponent."

What Tyson Fury said about the scoring of his fight against Oleksandr Usyk?

In his post-fight press conference, Fury said: "I was quite confident (that I was ahead). I thought I won that fight again. I thought I’ve won both fights, but then again, I’ve gone home with two losses on me record now, so there’s not much I can do about it. I can just fight me heart out and do the best I can. But again, I’ll always believe until the day I die I’ve won that fight.

"I was on the front foot all night, landing body and head. Listen, sometimes it’s hard to score."

What Oleksandr Usyk said about Frank Warren's outburst following the decision?

Usyk joked that Warren was 'blind' to come to his conclusion as he poked fun at Fury's promoter.

"Uncle Frank, I think is blind," he said. "If Tyson says it is Christmas gift, okay thank you God, not Tyson.

"Thank you my coach, thank you my team. Listen, Frank is crazy, man, I think is my opinion.

"Okay, no problem. I win."
