Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed boxing is only his THIRD favourite sport, having taken his seat for the blockbuster 'Day of Reckoning' card.

Ronaldo has taken his seat for tonight's blockbuster event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder face Otto Wallin and Joseph Parker respectively at the top of the bill.

The Al Nassr superstar, who is a big fight fan, was also in attendance for Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou.

Upon entering the Kingdom Arena for the Joshua/Wilder double-header, he was quizzed about his love for the sport of boxing. Check it out below:

A Queensberry Promotions official asked the former Manchester United and Real Madrid superstar: "Feels like boxing is your second favourite sport, Ronaldo?"

To which the superstar forward replied: "Third!"

Judging by his previous comments, Ronaldo's second favourite sport seems to be UFC/MMA.

The 38-year-old once said he prefers to watch combat sports than football.

"Playing football is my passion, but I prefer watching other sports on TV," he said back in December 2020. "Between watching a football match or a boxing or UFC fight, I choose boxing or UFC."

Ronaldo added: "When I was at Manchester United, a coach boxed with me, I think practicing boxing is useful for football because it sharpens your senses and you learn to move."

The Portuguese international has met UFC legends Conor McGregor, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Israel Adesanya as well as former UFC heavyweight champion Ngannou.

Ronaldo and McGregor, who once shared a brilliant exchange over the Forbes rich list, squared off against each other in a hilarious moment at the Fury vs. Ngannou fight.

The five-time Ballon d'Or has also met the stars in the world of boxing, having spent time with the likes of Joshua, Fury, Oleksandr Usyk, Gennady Golovkin and Manny Pacquiao.
