Anthony Joshua wore a strap on his arm in a genius move during his training camp for his fight against Jake Paul.
Joshua returns to action on Friday in what will be his first appearance since his crushing knockout defeat to Daniel Dubois last year.
He fights Paul in a professional heavyweight bout on Netflix at Miami's Kaseya Center.
Joshua has left no stone unturned in training camp, having teamed up with Team Oleksandr Usyk.

Against Paul, the Brit will be coached by Iegor Golub, who is one of several coaches and sports performance experts that make up Usyk's famed training team.
"I have been invited to train with Team Usyk," Joshua said at the launch press conference. "He is the best in the world and I have been in Spain with them.
"I have been training with them for a few weeks."

Naturally, Joshua has adopted similar practices as Usyk, including the use of arm straps.
In the latest episode of his YouTube channel, the ex-world heavyweight champion can be seen wearing a strap on his right arm amid a series of exercise drills.
The strap is a belt-like object that is used to restrict blood flow to the arms - a method fighters often use to help build muscle.
The device is known as pneumatic restriction cuffs as the 36-year-old showed them off to his millions of fans.
With less blood flow to the muscles, they receive less oxygen and tire quicker.

Pressure around the arms also leads to pooling of blood in the limbs, which causes hypertrophy.
It causes muscles to swell and get bigger, meaning he is effectively stronger ahead of competing against Paul on Friday.
