We simulated the draw ahead of the actual third round draw on Wednesday evening.

Chelsea could face Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup third round, after Absolute Chelsea simulated the third round draw ahead of the actual event.

Thomas Tuchel’s men enter the competition for 2022-23 and will be keen to go all the way this season after losing in the final last term to Liverpool on penalties. The last time Chelsea won the competition was back in 2014/15 under Jose Mourinho.

We simulated the draw to see who Chelsea could potentially come up against as they begin their 2022-23 Carabao Cup campaign and it handed the Blues a London derby against Patrick Vieira’s Eagles.
