WWE star Liv Morgan has been left devastated after learning that a fan lost their house because of a con artist pretending to be her.

Morgan, 27, says she has heard "horror stories" from fans that have been scammed out of money from fake accounts online.

One supporter was tricked into selling their home after an account impersonating Morgan asked them for money.

Morgan took to social media on Saturday to warn her supporters about the scams.

“Guys I’ve been sent so many emails of horror stories about people making fake accounts and emails pretending to be me & asking for huge amounts of money,” she tweeted.

“This really makes me so sad. Please don’t use my name to con people out of their hard-earned money. Please please please.

“A man sold his home and lost everything thinking he was helping ‘me.’ This has me so sick.

“Please know I would never reach out to ask any of you for a single penny.

“I’m so sad. Please stop.”

Morgan, whose real name is Gionna Daddio, first joined WWE in 2014.

She was initially signed to NXT before making her debut on the main roster in 2017.
