The Pop When Stone Cold Steve Austin's Glass Shattered At Wrestlemania 38 Was Off The Charts

The Pop When Stone Cold Steve Austin's Glass Shattered At Wrestlemania 38 Was Off The Charts

BAH GAWD.

It was a moment that gave us nostalgia-loving wrestling fans a real hit. Stone Cold Steve Austin – The Texas Rattlesnake himself – returned at The Grandest Stage Of Them All on Saturday night to the most electrifying of receptions.

For the first time in almost 20 years, Austin was back wrestling and BAH GAWD was it a delight to see.

Kevin Owens, his opponent on the night, was talking some sweet trash on Owens' The KO Show when the famous glash shattered and Stone Cold arrived at Wrestlemania 38. Just check out the pop from last night's crowd at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

And if that wasn't enough, here are some fan reactions from that iconic moment. Go and grab yourself a cuppa, sit down and enjoy arguably the greatest of all time receive the pop he deserves after last competing on March 30, 2003 – a defeat to The Rock at WrestleMania 19.

How incredible was that?

The WWE Hall of Famer was challenged to a 'No Holds Barred' match by Owens on Saturday night and in typical Austin fashion, chairs, tables, barricades and announcer's desks were used throughout as the crowd chanted "You still got it!".

Stone Cold finished the match with a trademark stunner and well, it didn't take him long to neck beer after beer. This guy.

How many times have you watched Stone Cold's entrance at Wrestlemania? Personally, I'm on eight and counting.
