Nate Diaz didn't mess around when asked if he could take 6ft 9' social media personality Lee McCall in a fight - and his blunt response has picked up millions of views online. You can see the clip below.

The popular UFC fighter, who was in Florida for the Paul vs Woodley 2 card to support his student Chris Avila, was having a brief chat with McCall in what appears to be a hotel lobby.

And in the interview, McCall, who has over 11 million followers on TikTok, begins by asking Diaz about the tallest fighter he has ever faced.

The Stockton Slugger responds by saying the tallest opponent he faced was 6ft 5. Although he didn't give any specifics, Diaz could be talking about the late Corey Hill, who was a similar height.

Moments later, McCall, who tells Diaz he is 6ft 9', follows up with a rather bold: "Do you think you can take me?" line.

The 36-year-old American gives the TikTok personality a quick look before delivering a typically straight answer - a moment that left both men laughing.

The clip has picked up millions of views since it was posted. One YouTube user commented: "I believe the dude is laughing because he appreciates how straightforward Nate was about it."

Another said: "Everyone in the comments section that thinks he's mocking Diaz... the dude knows Diaz would fold him like laundry they are clearly both having fun. Nate was just so upfront about it it made him laugh."

A third wrote: "My man is laughing because he knows Nate wasn't joking...love that interaction though, super wholesome."

In terms of fan interactions involving Diaz, nothing will beat the time he came to the rescue of a fan who was struggling to pay his rent after betting on the UFC star to win against Jorge Masvidal.

Back in November 2019, Diaz and Masvidal fought for the created BMF title at UFC 244.

The fight in Madison Square Garden was eventually called off at the end of round three due to some nasty cuts on Diaz's face.

The Stockton native posted on Instagram and one fan replied to say that he'd lost money betting on the welterweight and couldn't pay his rent.

Instagram user @unknownkillers213 then posted his own message, confirming Diaz had paid it all off.

He said: "Update for everyone asking me, Yes Nate actually helped me out Nate is the true OG BMF he sent me more money than what I lost on my bet and I'm using it to buy from his cbd company 'Game Up.'

"Nate is a really cool guy when I made that post I didn't think twice about it I didn't even think he would see it and I even let him know that I wasn't really sleeping in my car it was more of a joke but it was awesome the way he responded and the fact that he refunded me and gave me some extra cash just goes to show he is a man of the people !!!"
