Usman defending against Burns is said to be a last minute decision, with Ariel Helwani reporting UFC were negotiating to have 'The Nigerian Nightmare' defend against Jorge Masvidal as late as yesterday.
However, UFC could not come to an agreement with 'Gamebred' which has resulted in Burns getting the title shot.
White also revealed on Tuesday that 'Fight Island' will stage three more events in addition to UFC 251, with Fight Night on July 15, July 18 and then July 25.

"This safety zone will only be open to UFC athletes and their coaches; UFC staff and other event personnel; and Yas Island employees who are necessary to ensure the operation of the facilities."
