Dana White Reveals Why He's Keeping UFC 249 Location A Top Secret
UFC president Dana White is keeping the location of UFC 249 a secret because he wants to stop "creepy people" from sabotaging the highly-anticipated event.
UFC 249 will go ahead despite the coronavirus outbreak with White booking Tony Ferguson vs. Justin Gaethje as the main-event following the withdrawal of Khabib Nurmagomedov.
But the event is still without an official location and venue, and the UFC president has explained why the whereabouts of the show is a top secret.
Speaking to ESPN's Brett Okamoto, the 'Baldfather' said: "There's a lot of creepy people out there, you know? And when they find out the location, they start attacking the location and making phone calls.
"So (keeping the location a secret) keeps the creeps at bay."

"I am a day or two away from securing a private island," he said.
"I have a private island that I've secured; we're getting the infrastructure put in now, so I'm gonna start doing the international fights, too.
"With international fighters, because I won't be able to get international fighters into the U.S., I have a private island that I'm gonna start flying them all in and doing international fights from there.
"So as of April 18th, the UFC is back up and running."
UFC have cancelled three shows because of the disease but it appears the promotion will be business as usual as of April 18.
